All our machines comply with the essential health and safety requirements and are designed to meet specific BSI standards and come CE & UKCA stamped. As a company we take machine health and safety very seriously, and undertake a thorough machine audit each year to ensure that all our products meet the current market guidelines. Our Machines
All our machines are built with operator safety at the forefront. Each unit is fitted with 2.2 m modular mesh guarding, securely bolted to the ground to create a fully enclosed working area. This guarding meets all relevant BSI, CE and UKCA standards, preventing any access to moving components inside the machine.
Every model also includes 1200 mm light curtains positioned around the guarding. These automatically stop operation if the beam is broken, keeping the operator at a safe working distance and preventing others from entering the area while the inverter is in use.
Wherever possible, all moving parts are fully enclosed to minimise limb access and reduce risk, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for every operator.
In addition to this, all machines come with standard 1200mm distance light barriers fixed to the guarding. These ensure that the operator is at a safe working distance from the operating machinery at all times and removes the hazard of other operators entering the working area whilst the inverter is in operation.
Our machines are designed with the user in mind. This means as many moving components as possible are encased, restricting limb access to an absolute minimum and limiting the risk to any operator.
Our machines come with a range of controls on offer, ready to suit any application you require. These controls are located at the front of the guarding, the furthest point away from the machine, as standard.
Different applications call for different controls. We can offer solutions ranging from an overhead pendant all the way through to a fully automatic control.
Safety for any person involved is paramount to us. Because of this, all of our expert engineers are equipped with full risk assessments and certification to approve them to complete any installations.
